SAMBAL GORENG | 🌶️
This is another dish I've had often but never knew the actual name. Now at my next nasi padang visit, I can confidently go "Kak, add sambal goreng also, terima kasih!"
In such stir-fries consisting of various ingredients, I'm always pleasantly surprised when I find random gems. In this case it'll be the fragrant tempeh, camouflaged amongst the tau kwa cubes under the red paste.
